NOVELTY - Preparation of electric vehicle high capacity lithium ion power battery includes adding polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) 5130 in N-methylpyrrolidone (NMP), stirring to obtain positive electrode glue, adding graphene, adding positive active material i.e. modified lithium nickel cobalt aluminum oxide (NCA), adding NMP to adjust solid content and viscosity, sieving to obtain screened material, coating the screened material on positive and negative surfaces of aluminum foil, drying, rolling, slitting, and obtaining positive electrode plate. USE - Preparation of high capacity lithium ion power battery used for electric vehicle (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides electric vehicle high capacity lithium ion power battery with excellent energy density, long life cycle performance and safety. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of electric vehicle high capacity lithium ion power battery comprises adding PVDF 5130 in NMP, stirring to obtain positive electrode glue, adding graphene, adding positive active material i.e. modified NCA, adding NMP to adjust solid content and viscosity, sieving to obtain screened material, coating the screened material on positive and negative surfaces of aluminum foil, drying, rolling, slitting, obtaining positive electrode plate, adding carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) and Super P (RTM: conductive carbon black) into NMP, stirring to obtain negative electrode glue, adding negative active material (silicon carbon composite material) into the negative electrode glue, adding styrene-butadiene-rubber (SBR) and NMP to adjust the solid content and viscosity, sieving, obtaining screened material, coating the screened material on surfaces of copper foil, drying, rolling, slitting, and obtaining negative electrode plate, taking ceramic membrane, positive electrode plate and negative electrode plate, winding, rolling, baking, injecting electrolyte and sealing to obtain assembled battery, and forming into electric vehicle high capacity lithium ion power battery. The positive active material is prepared by mixing lithium hydroxide (LiOH), NCA ternary precursor and potassium chloride (KCl), sintering to obtain composite material, blending with NCA and obtaining the positive active material. The negative active material is prepared by dispersing bacterial cellulose and nano-silicon in polyethylene glycol, filtering, taking the filter cake and calcining. The formation step comprises standing at 15-30 degrees C for 20-26 hours, charging at a current of 0.04-0.06 C for 100-140 minutes, standing for 8-12 minutes, baking at 40-50 degrees C for 48-52 hours and standing at room temperature for 10-14 hours.
