▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The touch screen device has a layered structure that is provided with a protective layer (1), ferroelectric polymer layers, multi-layer graphene layer and a substrate layer. The multi-layer graphene is made by chemical vapor deposition. The sheet resistance of the layered structure is maintained to a certain ohms per Square. The polymer layers are fully polarized, partially polarized, or unpolarized.
