NOVELTY - Preparing flexible three-dimensional porous graphene/polydimethylsiloxane composite friction nano generator involves preparing flexible three-dimensional porous graphene film by ice template assisted gravity self-assembly, energizing flexible three-dimensional porous graphene film, adsorbing prepolymerized polydimethylsiloxane polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) solution, and heating and solidifying to obtain a three-dimensional porous graphene/PDMS composite film. One end of the three-dimensional porous graphene/PDMS composite film is connected to the current collector, and the current collector is connected to the external circuit to obtain a flexible three-dimensional porous graphene/PDMS composite friction nano-generator. USE - Method for preparing flexible three-dimensional porous graphene/polydimethylsiloxane composite friction nano generator. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare flexible three-dimensional porous graphene/polydimethylsiloxane composite friction nano generator which has simple manufacturing process, low cost, simple structure, softness and lightness, excellent mechanical properties and good cycle stability, good conductivity of graphene film and the large roughness of PDMS surface, the generator has excellent electrical performance and work effectiveness.
