NOVELTY - Preparation of platinum-manganese-graphite fuel cell catalyst comprises ultrasonically dispersing dry graphene oxide in water to prepare solution, mixing chloroplatinic acid hexahydrate solution and manganese(II) chloride tetrahydrate, ultrasonically dispersing in solution, uniformly mixing to obtain mixed sample, transferring to paper cup, placing under liquid nitrogen, rapidly freezing, placing in freeze-dryer, freeze-drying at - 60 to - 40 degrees C for 20-28 hours to entirely remove moisture, drying upper layer, removing excess hydrazine hydrate, baking at 130-170 degrees C and volatilizing into steam. USE - Method for preparing platinum-manganese-graphite fuel cell catalyst (claimed).
