NOVELTY - Preparing graphene directional separation oxide film involves selecting the aperture of micro-filtration membrane having pore diameter of 0.01-1.0 mu m as the supporting layer, forming a graphene oxide function layer, drying so that the support layer and connecting the graphene oxide function layer firmly. The graphene oxide dispersion is then filtered onto the surface of the support layer by a pressure filtration method when forming graphene oxide functional layer. The graphene oxide dispersion is obtained by adding sodium tetraborate to a graphene oxide solution having a chip diameter of 0.5 mu m or less and a layer number of 2-3 layers, where the mass ratio of graphene oxide to sodium tetraborate is 1:15-1:25. USE - Method for preparing graphene directional separation oxide film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables in preparing graphene directional separation oxide film, which has has simple and controllable operation, effectively controls membrane pollution, has easy expansion and scale production.
