NOVELTY - Preparing microbial fuel cell anode bioreductive graphene oxide comprises (i) inoculating Staphylococcus strain in microbial fuel cell anodic solution, adding the anodic bacterial solution into the microbial fuel cell anode chamber, allowing it to stand and culturing in a constant-temperature culture box, (ii) mixing graphene oxide suspension liquid and anodic bacteria solution, allowing it to stand and culturing in an constant-temperature culture box, and (iii) subjecting graphene oxide for bioreduction, allowing it to stand, centrifuging, cleaning, precipitating and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing microbial fuel cell anode bioreductive graphene oxide (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method uses microbial fuel cell anode blended with microorganism for decomposing organic matter and bioreduction of graphene oxide; has simple operation steps, and quick reducing speed; and prepares graphene with less layer and less defect.
