▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Concrete structure wall and floor repair method comprises (A) cleanly cleaning and drying the cracks and damaged areas generated on the wall or floor of the concrete structure, (B) applying a repair material to the cracks and breaks of the concrete structure, and (C) forming a coating layer by coating a finish paint on cracks and breaks of the concrete structure to which the repair material is applied. The repair material includes 10-30 pts. wt. synthetic polymer mixed with nylon fiber to secure compressive strength while increasing adhesion and watertightness to concrete to maintain high adhesiveness and exhibit resistance even in high and low temperature environments, and 10-40 pts. wt. ultra-fast cement for quick reuse of concrete structures and shortening maintenance work time. The synthetic rubber system is EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) rubber asphalt or butyl rubber asphalt. USE - The method is useful for concrete structure wall and floor repair method. ADVANTAGE - The method: improves workability and stability; completely repairs dry cracks as well as leaking cracks, improve adhesion and watertightness with concrete; maintains high adhesiveness by increasing resistance to external environmental factors; prevents neutralization and salt damage; increase the lifespan by preventing aging; increases the protection performance and construction performance and durability for a concrete structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Concrete structure wall and floor repair method comprises (A) cleanly cleaning and drying the cracks and damaged areas generated on the wall or floor of the concrete structure, (B) applying a repair material to the cracks and breaks of the concrete structure, and (C) forming a coating layer by coating a finish paint on cracks and breaks of the concrete structure to which the repair material is applied. The repair material includes 10-30 pts. wt. synthetic polymer mixed with nylon fiber to secure compressive strength while increasing adhesion and watertightness to concrete to maintain high adhesiveness and exhibit resistance even in high and low temperature environments, and 10-40 pts. wt. ultra-fast cement for quick reuse of concrete structures and shortening maintenance work time. The synthetic rubber system is EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) rubber asphalt or butyl rubber asphalt. In the synthetic polymer system the main material is polyacrylate, polysulfonate, polyethyleneimine, polyvinyl alcohol, polyacrylamide and polyethylene glycol, 1-10 wt.% nylon fibers mixed in 100 wt.% synthetic polymer system. The repair material further includes -5 pts. wt. silicone resin to prevent absorption and to block and inhibit penetration, and 0.1-3 pts. wt. anti-aging agent to prevent aging. The silicone resin is an alkylalkoxysilane, dimethyl vinyl epoxy silane and polydimethyl siloxane. The anti-aging agent is dibutyl hydroxy toluene, 2,2'-methylene-bis-(4-methyl-6-tert.-butylphenol, 2,5-di-tert-butylhydroquinone, and N,N'-Diphenyl-p-phenylenediamine.
