▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The production of water-resistant aerogel thermal insulation material, involves (S1) adding modified graphene, silica gel, and chitosan solution to stirring tank, mixing and stirring at 20 degrees C to obtain a mixed sol, adding N,N-dimethylformamide and ammonia to the mixed sol, and leaving still for 2-4 hours to obtain primary gel, (S2) placing the primary gel in a low-temperature refrigerator at -60 degrees C for 1-3 hours, and freeze-drying at -40 degrees C to prepare water-resistant aerogel insulation material. The modified graphene is prepared by adding graphene oxide to absolute ethanol, ultrasonically dispersing for 10 minutes, adding hydrophobic modifier, ultrasonically reacting for 1 hour, transferring the reaction solution to a flask, reacting at 80 degrees C for 24 hours, washing with absolute ethanol for 6 times after cooling, washing with distilled water once, and drying, where the dosage ratio of graphene oxide, absolute ethanol and modifier is 0.5 g:150 mL:0.8 g. USE - Production of water-resistant aerogel thermal insulation material. ADVANTAGE - Since graphene oxide molecule has multiple long-chain alkyl groups with strong hydrophobicity, the hydrophobic performance of aerogels is improved, and the aerogels no longer absorbs moisture when encountering moisture or water environment, thereby retaining the structure, and maintaining enhanced thermal insulation performance.
