▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Transfer method of graphene involves adhering a self-adhesive film (100) on surface of a graphene (200) provided on a material (300), removing graphene-adhered self-adhesive film from the material and transferring to the material (400), and removing the film from the transferred-graphene. USE - Transfer method of graphene used for manufacture of devices. Uses include but are not limited to device channel, electrode for diode and field-effect transistor for next generation, solar cell, touch sensor, cellular phone, smart phone, window film for glass, and transparent electrode for photoelectron instrument applications. ADVANTAGE - The method is economical, prevents the transfer of adhesive on surface of graphene, and enables transfer of graphene having excellent surface property and electrical characteristics.
