An arc-shaped support rod (5) is installed on one end of the rubber shock-absorbing block through a bolt. A bottom output port of a collection bag is connected to an input port of a suction pump (1). A pressure gauge (13) is installed at one end of a microcomputer time control switch (12) through a screw. An electric mixer (10) is installed on the top of a casing (11) through a positioning plate. An adding port (9) is provided at one end of the electric mixer. A preparation chamber is arranged inside the casing. An output pipe (15) is provided at the lower end of a vacuum pump (14).
