NOVELTY - Continuous carbon fiber reinforced thermosetting resin prepreg, comprises carbon fiber bundles, thermoplastic rubber and thermosetting resin arranged in sequence from inside out. The carbon fiber bundle is formed by bonding carbon fiber with binder. The thermoplastic rubber is wrapped on the outside of the carbon fiber bundle and impregnated on the inside of the carbon fiber bundle. The thermosetting resin is wrapped around the thermoplastic rubber. The thermoplastic rubber comprises polyurethane rubber, polyolefin elastic body and/or polyester rubber. The thermosetting resin comprises resin matrix, curing agent and graphene. The resin matrix is epoxy resin, phenolic resin, unsaturated polyester resin or polyimide. USE - The prepreg is useful for three-dimensional printing (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The prepreg has good heat-conducting performance, and is not easy to break, and can be used for three-dimensional printing.
