DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A high temperature resistant wear resistant tensile nano-graphene tire material comprises 10-70 pts. wt. butadiene rubber, 5-65 pts. wt. neoprene, 4-54 pts. wt. modified polyphenylene sulfide, 5-55 pts. wt. methyl vinyl trifluoropropyl rubber, 5-65 pts. wt. brominated butyl rubber, 5-25 pts. wt. graphene nanocomposite, 4-20 pts. wt. alumina, 3-17 pts. wt. silica, 2-18 pts. wt. sulfur powder, 3-17 pts. wt. rosin glyceride, 4-16 pts. wt. montmorillonite, 2-14 pts. wt. potassium persulfate, 3-17 pts. wt. hydroxyethyl cellulose, 4-20 pts. wt. calcium carbonate and 5-25 active ingredient. The effective active ingredient comprises 1-3 pts. wt. organosilicone oximosilane, 2-4 pts. wt. methyl triacetoxysilane, 1-5 pts. wt. tetramethoxysilane, 2-4 pts. wt. ethyl triacetoxysilane, 1-7 pts. wt. pentaerythritol methyl silicate, and 2-4 pts. wt. pentaerythritol tetrabenzoate. The graphene nanocomposite comprises 1-7 pts. wt. expanded graphite, 2-8 pts. wt. expanded polystyrene and 3-7 pts. wt. polyacrylonitrile solution. The graphene nanocomposite is prepared by carrying out expanded graphite ultrasonic dispersion treatment, placing dispersed expanded graphite and expanded polystyrene were placed in stirring apparatus for stirring treatment, adding polyacrylonitrile solution, stirring for 60 minutes, drying to obtain mixed material (A), adding mixed material (A) into grinding device for grinding treatment at speed of 10-30 m/minute for 180 minutes, and carbonizing grinding material. The modified polyphenylene sulfide is prepared by adding polyphenylene sulfide, poly(methyl methacrylate), modifier and toughening agent into mixing device for mixing treatment, stirring for 60 minutes, heat treating at 60-90 degrees C, mixing into twin-screw extruder, heating at 280-360 degrees C, melt blending for 90 minutes, extruding, and granulating. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of high temperature resistant wear resistant tensile nano-graphene tire material, which involves adding butadiene rubber, neoprene, modified polyphenylene sulfide, methyl vinyl trifluoropropyl rubber and brominated butyl rubber into mixer, mixing at speed of 50-65 rpm, heating at 175-190 degrees C, adding graphene nanocomposite, alumina, silica, rosin glycerides, montmorillonite, potassium persulfate, hydroxyethyl cellulose, calcium carbonate, organosilicone oximosilane, methyltriacetoxysilane, tetramethoxysilane, ethyl triacetoxysilane, pentaerythritol methylsilicate, pentaerythritol tetrabenzoate with obtained material into mixer for mixing at speed of 65-75 rpm, heating at 180-200 degrees C, discharging, processing to obtain plastic film, cooling, adding cooled film into the mixer, adding sulfur powder, mixing and vulcanizing.
