NOVELTY - The crystalline solar cell (100) has photoelectric transform portion (110) that is formed in upper side of inner electrode (120). The inner electrode includes metal which is electrically connected with photoelectric transform portion. The auxiliary electrode including graphene is electrically connected with inner electrode. The outer electrode has metal electrically connected with auxiliary electrode. The constant resistance is generated in interface of outer electrode and inner electrode, so that auxiliary electrode reduces constant resistance between outer electrode and inner electrode. USE - Crystalline solar cell. ADVANTAGE - The graphene layer is added to electrode, such that constant resistance between ribbon electrode and inner electrode is decreased and output characteristic is improved. The susceptibility of solar cell module is lowered by preventing the corrosion of ribbon electrode. The maintenance and management cost of solar cell module is reduced.
