NOVELTY - Conductive material slurry comprises conductive material, and a dispersing agent dispersing the conductive material. The dispersing agent includes a cellulose-based compound and a conductive polymer. The content of the conductive material is more than 0 wt.% to 2.5 wt.% or less based on the total weight of the conductive material slurry. USE - The conductive material slurry is used in a secondary battery electrode for a secondary battery (all claimed). The secondary battery is useful for electric vehicles. ADVANTAGE - The conductive material slurry provides secondary battery electrode with low viscosity and low sheet resistance. The conductive material slurry has a small average particle size. The conductive material slurry can be manufactured in a shorter time by reducing the number of high-pressure dispersions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a secondary battery electrode comprising electrode active material, a conductive material, and a dispersing agent, where the content of the conductive material is 28-67 wt.% based on the total weight of the conductive material and the dispersing agent.
