▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A high-strength and high-barrier thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) composite material is prepared by reacting polytetramethylene ether glycol and 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate to obtain isocyanate-terminated TPU prepolymer, adding modified graphene oxide into TPU prepolymer, performing in situ polymerization using 1,4-butanediol as compound chain extender together, and finishing chain extension reaction. USE - Preparation of high-strength and high-barrier thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) composite material. ADVANTAGE - Modified graphene oxide increases the number of reaction sites in the reaction system and the degree of crosslinking of the composite material. There are a large number of covalent bonds and hydrogen bonds in the prepared TPU composite material, resulting in a good dispersion of modified graphene oxide in the TPU matrix, enhancement of interface binding strength with TPU matrix, and improvement of barrier properties and mechanical properties of TPU composites.
