NOVELTY - The method involves grading (1) polystyrene raw material. Steam hot water is received (2). Expansion is carried out (3) for fifty times. Intermediate storage is carried out (4) in cells filled with gas such as helium gas or hydrogen gas between molecules. Molding process is carried out (5) by receiving steam of hot water. A polystyrene piece is used (6) for immediately receiving a film of graphene in outer perimeter for preventing the gas dissipated in environment. USE - Method for encapsulating a polystyrene product with graphene material. Uses include but are not limited to space field, aeronautics industry, solar-energy capturing application, stationary platform manufacturing industry, soil temperature control application, and building engineering field. ADVANTAGE - The method allows preventing gas inside the polystyrene molecules from being dissipated to atmosphere.
