NOVELTY - De-noising heat insulating cement mortar comprises 75-95 pts. wt. common silicate cement, 45-55 pts. wt. carbon fiber-graphene enhancer, 25-35 pts. wt. re-dispersible latex powder, 25-35 pts. wt. ethyl acetate, 25-35 pts. wt. phosphogypsum, 20-25 pts. wt. fly ash, 20-25 pts. wt. reinforced particle composition, 15-20 pts. wt. polyurethane, 15-20 pts. wt. gelatin, 5-10 pts. wt. modified rubber powder, 5-10 pts. wt. fatty amine, 5-10 pts. wt. N-acyl sarcosinate, 5-10 pts. wt. aluminum sulfate, 5-10 pts. wt. moisture repellent, 2-6 pts. wt. triethanolamine, 100-120 pts. wt. water, 10-15 pts. wt. reinforced particle composition of polypropylene fiber, 8-11 pts. wt. silica sol, 4-7 pts. wt. expanded perlite, 4-7 pts. wt. calcium fluoride, 2-5 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 2-5 pts. wt. sodium silicate, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. sodium gluconate and 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. cellulose ether. USE - Used as de-noising heat insulating cement mortar. ADVANTAGE - The mortar has good heat preservation effect, resistance to abrasion and chemical, has high strength, high impact strength, good ductility and construction convenience. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the de-noising heat insulating cement mortar comprising (i) calcining 1/3 of phosphogypsum at 165-170 degrees C for 2-4 hours, aging for 4-5 days to obtain beta -hemihydrate gypsum, heating the calcined phosphogypsum at a temperature of 345-355 degrees C for 3-4 hours to obtain type II anhydrite, then mixing beta -hemihydrate gypsum and type II anhydrite to obtain building gypsum; and (ii) mixing portland cement, carbon fiber-graphene reinforcing agent, re-dispersible emulsion powder, ethyl acetate and water to obtain mixture, then adding the mixture of building gypsum, stirring at 200-300 rotations/minute of rotating speed for 40-50 minutes to obtain slurry, then adding remaining raw materials into the slurry at a stirring speed of 100-150 rotations/minute for 1-2 hours.
