▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An antifouling antibacterial wall tile ceramic ink comprises 35-45 wt.% pigment, 3-8 wt.% dispersant, 40-50 wt.% solvent, 2-5 wt.% surface additive, 0.1-0.5 wt.% leveling agent, 0.3-0.8 wt.% defoaming agent, 0.5-1 wt.% binding agent, 0.08-0.1 wt.% anti-settling agent, 0-1 wt.% graphene, and 2-5 wt.% functional powder. The functional powder comprises rare earth composite phosphate, graphene/titanium dioxide powder and inorganic antibacterial agent in weight ratio of (2-3):(1-3):(0-2). USE - Antifouling antibacterial wall tile ceramic ink (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The antifouling antibacterial wall tile ceramic ink has broad-spectrum, efficient antifouling antibacterial properties, excellent antifouling antibacterial stability, weather resistance and abrasion resistance, and prolonged service life, does not generate uncomfortable smell, and is non-toxic and non-irritable. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of antifouling antibacterial wall tile ceramic ink, which involves (1) mixing the components, stirring for 60 minutes, and grinding to a particle size distribution of less than or equal to 3 mu m by grinder for 10 hours to obtain functional powder, (2) placing the coloring material in an UV region, controlling UV light source irradiance to 200-300 W/m2 for 30-60 minutes, adding functional powder to oven, and microwave processing for 1-10 minutes with 700-1000 W microwave power, and (3) dispersing the raw materials with a high speed mixer for 30-60 minutes, adding the dispersed mixed liquid into a grinder, grinding for 8-12 hours to obtain ink semi-finished product with particle size distribution of less than or equal to 1 mu m, filling the stirring tank of ink semi-finished product with positive pressure, and using a filter having pore size of less than or equal to 1 mu m.
