NOVELTY - A stannous nitrate and graphite alkene in weight ratio of (78-93.5):(22-6.5) are dissolved in the mixed solvent to obtain mixed solution. The mixed solvent contains ethanol, ethylene glycol, and 1,2-propylene glycol. The obtained solution is introduced into a metering pump, and sprayed by a spray needle on a substrate. The substrate is heated at 175-300 degrees C by a thermocouple, and voltage of 12-18 KV is passed by a high-voltage power generating device, to obtain graphene-based composite film. USE - Preparation of graphene-based composite film used for cathode material for lithium-ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The lithium-ion battery formed using graphene-based composite film has excellent cycling characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A stannous nitrate and graphite alkene in weight ratio of (78-93.5):(22-6.5) are dissolved in the mixed solvent to obtain mixed solution (0.005-0.02 mol/L). The stannous nitrate can be replaced by tin acetate. The mixed solvent is ethanol, ethylene glycol and 1,2-propylene glycol in volume ratio of 2:1:2. The obtained solution is introduced into a metering pump, and the solution is sprayed by a spray needle for 1-10 hours in rate of 2-5 ml/hour, on a substrate. The distance between the spray needle and substrate is 2-6 cm. The substrate is heated at 175-300 degrees C by a thermocouple, and voltage of 12-18 KV is passed by a high-voltage power generating device, to obtain graphene-based composite film having thickness of 1-10 mu m.
