NOVELTY - Quantum carbon comprises crystal of a quantum carbon liquid, where the crystalline body has a nanocarbon structure including monolayer graphene and/or multilayer graphene, the crystal surface layer is composed of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen-containing compounds comprising carbon oxygen bonds, compounds containing carbon oxygen double bonds and mixture containing hydrocarbons, where the mixture comprises carbon, hydrogen and oxygen, the quantum carbon liquid is aqueous solution containing a quantum carbon and the aqueous solution of quantum carbon comprises carbon particles. USE - Used as quantum carbon. ADVANTAGE - The quantum carbon has simple preparation; is economical, easy to control and suitable for large-scale production; does not generate waste; produces monolayer graphene, multi-layer graphene and carbon particles of uniform particle size; and has high purity, quality and stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Quantum carbon comprises crystal of a quantum carbon liquid, where the crystalline body has a nanocarbon structure including monolayer graphene and/or multilayer graphene, the crystal surface layer is composed of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen-containing compounds comprising carbon oxygen bonds, compounds containing carbon oxygen double bonds and mixture containing hydrocarbons, where the mixture comprises 45-60% carbon, 0.2-5% hydrogen and 35-54% oxygen, the quantum carbon liquid is an aqueous solution containing a quantum carbon, the aqueous solution of quantum carbon comprises carbon particles with particle size of 0.6-50 nm for monolayer graphene, 0.6-100 nm for multi-layer graphene and quantum carbon have a particle size of 0.6-200 nm. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for (1) device for producing a quantum carbon comprises sequentially connected electrochemical oxidation generator section (1), an ion embedding device section (3), a graphite delamination section, a dispersing device section (2), a separation device section and a concentration device section.
