NOVELTY - An environmentally-friendly metal degreasing agent comprises 1-1.5 pts. wt. pentahydrate sodium metasilicate, 5-8 pts. wt. sodium carbonate, 2-3 pts. wt. sodium tripolyphosphate, 1-1.5 pts. wt. sodium lignin sulfonate, 3-5 pts. wt. triethanolamine, 10-15 pts. wt. fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 5-8 pts. wt. rust remover and 50-80 pts. wt. water. The degreasing agent is prepared by adding sodium metasilicate, sodium carbonate, sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium lignin sulfonate, triethanolamine and water, stirring for 20-30 minutes at 300-500 rpm to obtain a mixed solution (S1), adding triethylamine, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and a rust remover, stirring for 2-3 hours at 200-300 rpm to obtain a mixed solution (S2), adding the mixed solution (S2) to mixed solution (S1) at 600-800 rpm, stirring for 10-15 minutes, and ultrasonically treating at frequency of 5-10 MHz for 1-1.5 hours. USE - Environment-friendly metal degreasing agent used for removing rust from metal surface of steel. ADVANTAGE - The metal degreasing agent has increased service life of the metal, and protects metal from being corroded. The rust removing agent is prepared by combining the metal ions washed by the oil remover to form flocs, breaks away from the metal surface, and the pi bond and arc pair electrons on the benzotriazole structure in the rust remover to separate from the metal surface, and can be easily adsorbed on the metal surface and converts the loose fiber iron layer into a stable compound to form a graphite film on the metal surface.
