▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The absorber has a metal reflecting layer, a dielectric layer and a pattern layer formed with each other, where thicknesses of the pattern layer and the metal reflective layer are about 1 nm and 200-300 m. The pattern layer is provided with a cross-shaped material structure unit, where lattice period of the cross-shaped material structure unit is about 3-5 m. The cross-shaped material structure unit is provided with a vertical belt and a horizontal belt, where widths and lengths of the horizontal belt and the vertical belt are respectively about 0.6-1 m and 1.2-2 m. USE - Cross-shaped graphene material based terahertz-wave band absorber. ADVANTAGE - The absorber is easy to integrate, flexible to control, and has high stability, high absorption rate, high sensitivity, and increases special electromagnetic response speed.
