▎ 摘　　要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing butyl rubber (IIR)/natural rubber (NR) alternating multilayer composite material, involves alternately laminating and co-extruding the NR compound and IIR compound to obtain IIR /NR alternating multilayer mixed rubber and vulcanizing to obtain the product. USE - The method is used for preparing IIR/NR alternating multilayer composite material, which is used as inner liner material of automobile and airplane tire (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method uses alternating multilayer co-extrusion technology to prepare IIR/NR alternating multilayer composite material, with simple technique, low cost, and suitable for industrial production. The composite material has excellent fatigue resistance, mechanical property and gas barrier property, and prolonged service life.
