NOVELTY - Small watershed electrocatalytic degradation system based on graphene comprises a floating platform unit disposed on the water surface of the river basin for controlling the river basin and a voltammetric electrochemical tester disposed on the bank of the river basin and an adjustable pulse frequency conversion power source disposed on the river bank. The electrocatalytic device and potential inspection container installed in the floating table unit. The electrocatalytic device is connected to the adjustable pulse frequency conversion power supply on the river bank through a sealed power line. The catalytic degradation of macromolecular organic and non-living metals in water bodies governing watersheds under the action of tunable pulse frequency conversion power supply. The potential inspection container is connected to the voltammetric electrochemical tester. The potential detection of the water body is completed by using voltammetric electrochemical tester.
