▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene-supported nano iron(II,III) oxide/zinc oxide composite material comprises graphene as carrier, and nano iron(II,III) oxide/zinc oxide provided on surface of graphene, or attached to graphene nanosheet to form wrapping structure. USE - Graphene-supported nano iron(II,III) oxide/zinc oxide composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-supported nano iron(II,III) oxide/zinc oxide composite material has excellent dispersibility, water solubility, and magnetic and electromagnetic shielding performance, and is prepared by simple, efficient and easy process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene-supported nano iron(II,III) oxide/zinc oxide composite material, which involves mixing zinc powder and iron(III) chloride hexahydrate in a ratio of 0.04-0.12:1, adding deionized water, stirring at 30-50 degrees C for more than 0.5 hour, dripping alkaline solution, adjusting pH to 9-12, stirring for more than 30 minutes, obtaining iron(III) chloride hexahydrate solution, dissolving graphene oxide in deionized water, obtaining aqueous solution of graphene oxide with concentration of 0.05-3%, adding to the iron(III) chloride hexahydrate solution, stirring, placing obtained mixed solution in a sealed reactor, reacting at 160-200 degrees C for 5-12 hours, cooling, filtering, centrifuging, solid-liquid separating, and calcining. The zinc powder has size of more than 400 mesh and zinc content of more than 90%. The concentration of iron(III) chloride hexahydrate solution is 0.01-2 mol/L. The weight ratio of iron(III) chloride hexahydrate and graphene oxide is 1.75-10.5:1.
