NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-supported metal particle-coated cobalt-free single crystal positive electrode material involves mixing uniformly the metal oxide, nickel source, manganese source and lithium source, pressing the tablet, sintering the compacted tablet to obtain the metal oxide-doped nickel-manganese-lithium composite material, adding graphene and titanium oxide into water for high-temperature reaction, cooling, washing, drying, heat-treating to obtain titanium composite graphene material, mixing the metal oxide-doped lithium nickel manganese oxide composite material with the titanium composite graphene material, grinding, and pulverizing to obtain a cobalt-free single crystal positive electrode material coated with graphene-supported metal particle. USE - Method for preparing graphene-supported metal particle-coated cobalt-free single crystal positive electrode material. ADVANTAGE - The method has improved conductivity, reduced corrosion of positive electrode material, prevented generation of side reactions in the battery, and has improved electrochemical performance of the battery.
