NOVELTY - Ceramic silicon rubber insulated intrinsically safe flame-retardant computer cable is prepared by (i) mixing potassium tetratitanate powder and graphene oxide, adding ethanol, heating, filtering and drying to obtain powder, and smearing, (ii) mixing polyester resin, halogen-free flame retardant and release agent, compounding with glass fiber material and solidifying after curing to prepare the halogen-free flame-retardant tape, (iii) adding water and acetic acid to the ceramic powder, stirring, grinding and drying, (iv) smelting the silicone rubber, and solidifying to obtain a ceramic silicone rubber insulating material, (v) extruding the cured ceramic silicone rubber insulating material, and (vi) placing the conductor and the core in the middle area, and using an external device to wrap the insulating tape, and wrapping the shield, tape and sheath on the outer end of the cable body in order to complete the preparation of the cable. USE - As ceramic silicone rubber insulated intrinsically safe flame-retardant computer cable. ADVANTAGE - The computer cable does not contain halogen, does not produce harmful gases and corrosive gases, does not contain heavy metals such as lead, is environmentally-friendly and has excellent high and low temperature resistance, has excellent flame retardant performance and uses ceramic silicone rubber as the insulating layer, has high insulating layer of hard ceramic-like shell and low capacitance and inductance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Ceramic silicone rubber insulated intrinsically safe flame-retardant computer cable is prepared by (i) preparing potassium tetratitanate powder and graphene oxide for mixing, adding ethanol, heating to increase the temperature, mixing, cooling, filtering and drying to obtain the powder and smearing the powder on prepared fifth type soft copper outer end surface to prepare a conductor, (ii) uniformly mixing and stirring polyester resin, crosslinking monomer, halogen-free flame retardant, polymerization inhibitor and release agent, compounding with glass fiber material, curing at low temperature, cooling and solidifying after the curing is completed to prepare a halogen-free flame-retardant tape, (iii) adding deionized water and acetic acid to ceramic powder, stirring for few minutes, grinding and drying, (iv) smelting silicone rubber, sequentially adding ceramic powder and inorganic fiber materials to the silicone rubber, mixing and stirring after the addition is completed, heating and cooling to solidify to obtain a ceramic silicone rubber insulating material, (v) placing the cured ceramic silicone rubber insulating material into the extruder for internal production, and using an external extrusion die for extrusion, and (vi) placing the conductor and the core in the middle area, and using an external device to wrap the insulating tape on the outer end of the conductor, and wrapping the shield, tape and sheath on the outer end of the cable body in order to complete the preparation of the cable.
