NOVELTY - The method involves coating a metal nano material dispersion liquid (102) onto the surface of a hydrophobic group material directly for forming a metal nano material layer (103). The electrode layer is provided for containing a laminated element of a metal nano material layer and a carbon material layer (105) by coating a carbon material dispersion liquid (104) to the surface of the metal nanoparticle layer, so as to form the carbon material layer. The surface of the carbon material layer is bonded directly to a hydrophilic base material (106). The hydrophobic group material is removed, so as to transfer an electrode layer (107) onto the surface of the hydrophilic base material. USE - Method for manufacturing electrode. ADVANTAGE - The post-processing of the electrode is simplified and the deterioration of the element is reduced.
