NOVELTY - A large crystal domain graphene epitaxial ammonia sensor comprises a base layer, a graphene layer, a metal-organic framework material layer and an electrode layer. USE - The large crystal domain graphene epitaxial ammonia sensor as wearable flexible sensor is useful for accurate detection of ammonia component in human breath (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sensor has excellent flexibility and anti-fatigue properties, can resist bending for 5000000 times, uses nano-crystal domain graphene as template to epitaxially grow metal-organic framework material, which has excellent electrical conductivity (150-800 Ω/square) and ultra-sensitive response to ammonia (detection limit of as low as 0.1 ppb), and can achieve accurate detection of trace ammonia component in human breath. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: use of the large crystal domain graphene epitaxial ammonia sensor in accurate detection of ammonia component in human breath. The sensor responds to trace amount of ammonia in human exhaled breath and reflects concentration of ammonia; and preparation of the large crystal domain graphene epitaxial ammonia sensor.
