▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Wear-resistant polyethylene includes 70 to 90 pts. wt. modified polyethylene, 8 to 15 pts. wt. modified lignin sodium, 10-15 pts. wt. chitosan modified graphene oxide and 8-15 pts. wt. cellulose modified graphene oxide. The modified sodium lignin is prepared from sodium lignosulfonate and 1,6-dibromohexane. USE - Wear-resistant polyethylene. ADVANTAGE - The wear-resistant polyethylene has excellent wear-resisting property when friction with metal. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing wear-resistant polyethylene, which involves mixing chitosan with acetic acid solution, adjusting the pH, adding graphene oxide dispersion, stirring and mixing, filtering to obtain pretreated chitosan-modified graphene oxide, mixing the pretreated chitosan modified graphene oxide with phosphoric acid solution, adding ethylenediamine and 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride, stirring the reaction, filtering, and drying to obtain chitosan-modified graphene oxide, mixing aldehyde-based cellulose and graphene oxide in an organic solvent, and adding cerium ammonium nitrate and ammonium persulfate, stirring the reaction, adding triethylenediamine, continue to stir the reaction, filter, wash, freeze-dry to obtain cellulose modified graphite oxide, mixing sodium lignosulfonate with water, adjusting the pH, adding potassium iodide and 1,6-dibromohexane ethanol solution, stirring the reaction, extracting, filtering and freeze-dry to obtain the modified sodium lignin blank, mixing the modified sodium lignin billet with ethanol solution, standing, filtering, and drying to obtain modified sodium lignin, mixing the chitosan-modified graphene oxide with the cellulose-modified graphene oxide to obtain mixed modified graphene oxide, mixing the mixed modified graphene oxide with modified polyethylene, adding the modified sodium lignin, melt extrusion, pelletizing to obtain wear-resistant polyethylene.
