NOVELTY - Antibacterial car interior carpet material comprises 50-80 pts. wt. titanium dioxide powder, 2-5 pts. wt. nano-graphene and 10-50 pts. wt. granule. USE - Used as antibacterial car interior carpet material. ADVANTAGE - The material has antibacterial effect, simple preparation method and is suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing antibacterial car interior carpet material comprising (i) mixing titanium dioxide powder, nano-graphene and granule into extruder, extruding and pelletizing in extruder at 150-250 degrees C to obtain antibacterial masterbatch, (ii) adding antibacterial masterbatch prepared in step (i) into pellet and mixing into extruder, where mass percentage of antibacterial masterbatch in mixture is 5-20%, granule (balancing amount), then extruding in extruder at 150-200 degrees C under spinning equipment and spinning into filaments or short fibers.
