NOVELTY - Plugging material comprises 10-35 wt.% adhesive, 35-55 wt.% heat-insulating agent, 1-15 wt.% explosion-proof insulating agent, 5-15 wt.% flame retardant, 0.5-5 wt.% reinforcing agent, 0-5 wt.% char-forming agent and 0-5 wt.% endothermic agent. USE - The plugging material is useful in forming fire retardant module. ADVANTAGE - The material is environmentally-friendly and suitable for various working conditions, and has explosion-proof insulation, airtight and watertight, impermeable, corrosion-resistant, flame-resistant, long-lasting fire resistance, damping and shock absorption effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a fire retardant module, involving (a) premixing the heat-insulating agent, explosion-proof insulating agent, flame retardant, and reinforcing agent using a mixer to obtain a premix (A), (b) premixing the resin binder and graphene in a blender to obtain a premix (B), (c) mixing the premix (A) obtained by stirring the heat-insulating agent, explosion-proof insulating agent, flame retardant, and reinforcing agent, stirring the resin binder and graphene to obtain the premix (B), and uniformly stirring the mixture, (d) adding the mixed powder obtained after stirring to a mold for molding, and shaping, and (e) leaving the obtained module still for solidification to obtain the module.
