NOVELTY - Aromatic-aliphatic polyester elastomer composite material comprises 100 pts. wt. aromatic-aliphatic polyester elastomer polymer (I), 20-80 pts. wt. reinforcing agent and 0.05-0.85 pt. wt. crosslinking agent. The composite material is prepared by blending and vulcanizing (I), reinforcing agent and crosslinking agent. USE - Used as aromatic-aliphatic polyester elastomer composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material: utilizes aromatic aliphatic polyester elastomer, which improves dispersion of reinforcing agent in polyester elastomer and mechanical properties of composite material. The method: is simple and convenient; and consumes less energy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Aromatic-aliphatic polyester elastomer composite material comprises 100 pts. wt. aromatic-aliphatic polyester elastomer polymer of formula (I), 20-80 pts. wt. reinforcing agent and 0.05-0.85 pt. wt. crosslinking agent. The composite material is prepared by blending and vulcanizing (I), reinforcing agent and crosslinking agent. x,y,z,u,v and w = 0-0.55; a, b, c = 0-0.63; d = 0-0.10; and e = 0-0.5. Provided that: x,y,z,u,v,w are not zero at the same time; a, b, c are not zero at the same time; and x,y,z,u,v,w, a, b, c. d and e are expressed in terms of mole fraction. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing aromatic-aliphatic polyester elastomer composite material, comprising vulcanizing (I), reinforcing agent and crosslinking agent at 140-180 degrees C for 5-40 minutes.
