NOVELTY - Graphene baking cage comprises a baking heater (10) comprising shell (11), graphene heating component (12) and power supplying module (13). The shell is surrounded with a heating cavity (111). Both the graphene heating component and the power supplying module are arranged in the heating chamber. The power supplying module is electrically connected with graphene heating component. A baking cage is provided with a baking cavity for accommodating objects to be baked. The baking cage can be movably placed on the shell. The baking cage is cylindrical. USE - The cage is useful in baking process e.g. tea production. ADVANTAGE - The cage: can be split flexibly and placed on the baking heater movably; enables the food to be baked in the baking cage; overlaps multiple baking cages and connected to each other for convenient air circulation; utilizes graphene heating components to emit far-infrared rays to heat air and perform heat exchange when electricity is turned on to bake the food to be baked; makes the taste of the baked product more resistant to brewing, and taste of product more mellow; and has improved baking effect, and better quality of the baked product.
