NOVELTY - Preparing aqueous polyurethane/graphene flame retardant and anti-UV finishing agent, comprises e.g. (1) dehydrating polyethylene glycol, mixing with initiator, adding catalyst, reacting under nitrogen atmosphere to obtain polyurethane prepolymer, adding organic solvent to control the viscosity of the system, (2) adding chain extender 1 and adding chain extender 2 into the polyurethane prepolymer to carry out chain extension reaction, adding end capping agent 1 and end capping agent 2 to carry out end capping reaction to obtain reaction system, (3) adding triethylamine into the reaction system to carry out neutralization reaction adding deionized water for high-speed emulsification, distilling off the organic solvent under reduced pressure to obtain aqueous polyurethane, and (4) performing ultrasonically dispersing polyvinyl alcohol solution-containing graphene, mixing with aqueous polyurethane and magnetically stirring to obtain final product. USE - The aqueous polyurethane/graphene flame retardant and anti-UV finishing agent is useful for flame retardant and UV-resistant post-finishing process of fabric to make fabric products including curtains (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The aqueous polyurethane/graphene flame retardant and anti-UV finishing agent: can make the fabric have both excellent flame retardant and anti-UV properties; ensures the finishing method has simple process, cost low, excellent finishing effect and high fabric fastness, and has great advantages in preparation cost and product performance compared with the existing flame retardant and anti-ultraviolet effect fabrics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing aqueous polyurethane/graphene flame retardant and anti-UV finishing agent, comprises (1) dehydrating polyethylene glycol under vacuum at 120℃ for 1 hour, mixing with initiator, adding catalyst, reacting under nitrogen atmosphere at 75-80℃ for 2-2.5 hours to obtain polyurethane prepolymer, adding organic solvent to control the viscosity of the system during the reaction, (2) adding chain extender 1 into the polyurethane prepolymer to carry out chain extension reaction for 2-2.5 hours, adding chain extender 2 to continue chain extension reaction for 2-2.5 hours, adding end capping agent 1 to carry out end capping reaction for 1-1.5 hours, adding end capping agent 2 to carry out end capping reaction for 1-1.5 hours and the reaction is carried out at 75-80℃ to obtain reaction system, where the chain extender 1 is 2,2-bis(hydroxymethyl)propionic acid or 2,2-bis(hydroxymethyl)butyric acid, the chain extender 2 is trimethylol phosphorus oxide, the end capping agent 1 is 2,4-dihydroxybenzophenone or 2-hydroxy-4-n-octyloxybenzophenone and the end capping agent 2 is hydroxyethyl acrylate, (3) adding triethylamine into the reaction system to carry out neutralization reaction for 1 hour, adding 50-60 wt.% deionized water for high-speed emulsification at room temperature for 20-30 minutes, distilling off the organic solvent under reduced pressure to obtain aqueous polyurethane, and (4) performing ultrasonic dispersing polyvinyl alcohol solution-containing graphene for 1 hour, mixing with aqueous polyurethane in a mass ratio of 20-40:60-80, and magnetically stirring at room temperature for 4 hours to obtain final product INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for aqueous-polyurethane/graphene flame retardant and anti-UV finishing agent prepared by above method; and use method, comprising immersing fabric in 50g/l aqueous -based polyurethane/graphene flame retardant and anti-UV finishing agent in a ratio of 1g:20ml of material to liquid, and performing two-dipping and two-rolling process treatment in a rolling ratio of 70-80%, drying at 80-100℃ for 20-30 minutes, and baking the dried fabric at 130-150℃ for 3-5 minutes to complete the flame retardant and UV-resistant finishing of fabric.
