▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for lowering sheet resistance of graphene sheet involves carrying out UV ozone treatment or coating graphene sheet with conductive organic polymer film. USE - The method is useful for lowering the sheet resistance of the graphene sheet useful in electrode structure (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method reduces and maintains sheet resistance of graphene sheet over long period without lowering visible-light transmittance, and improves electroconductivity of graphene sheet. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method of stabilizing a lowered resistance of the graphene sheet involves coating the graphene with an organic polymer film; and (2) an electrode structure comprising (a) a composite film of the UV ozone-treated graphene sheet and an organic polymer film coated on the graphene sheet or (b) a composite film of a graphene sheet and a conductive organic polymer film coated on the graphene sheet.
