▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene oxide-metal organic framework composite material, involves (a) uniformly mixing organic ligand, rare earth metal nitrate, additive linker, dimethyl sulfoxide, water, nitric acid and graphene oxide, and uniformly dispersing to obtain synthetic mother liquor, and (b) reacting at 105 -130 degrees C for 24 -72 hours, cooling, filtering and air drying, washing with anhydrous dimethylformamide, and replacing dimethylformamide solvent in gap with ethanol, and vacuum drying. USE - The method is used for preparing graphene oxide-metal organic framework composite material, which is used for preparing dimethylamine quartz crystal microbalance sensor based on graphene oxide-metal organic framework composite sensitive film and dimethylamine QCM sensor (all claimed), and as sensitive membrane, where the QCM is used as conversion device for constructing high-efficiency sensor for dimethylamine gas. ADVANTAGE - The method ensures fast response, excellent selectivity and high sensitivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) the graphene oxide-metal organic framework composite material prepared using above-mentioned method; and (2) a method for preparing dimethylamine quartz crystal microbalance sensor based on graphene oxide-metal organic framework composite sensitive film, modifying surface of gold electrode of quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) with hydroxyl monolayer, covering the back of crystal microbalance with polydimethylsiloxane film, and placing in graphene oxide-metal organic framework synthesis mother liquor, and reacting at 105-130 degrees C for 24-72 hours, cooling to room temperature, replacing dimethylformamide in metal organic framework gap with ethanol, and vacuum drying.
