NOVELTY - A high wear-resistant, coating liquid composition comprises 105-120 pts. wt. component A, 30-70 pts. wt. component B and 50-150 pts. wt. propylene component which is a pigment filler. The component A comprises 100 pts. wt. modified resin and 5-20 pts. wt. diluent. The modified resin comprises 5-15 pts. wt. core-shell structure material containing silicon dioxide coated with epoxy silane, and 85-95 pts. wt. epoxy resin. The component B is modified curing agent containing 5 -15 pts. wt. urea-based compound and 15 - 65 pts. wt. polyamine. USE - As high wear-resistant, coating liquid composition. ADVANTAGE - The coating liquid has enhanced wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The liquid is prepared by introducing a core-shell structure of epoxy silane-coated silica in the resin component, a urea-based compound into curing agent component, and a two-dimensional filler into the pigment and filler component, through joint coupling of components, to prevent the problems of poor wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the coating material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of high wearable coating liquid composition, which involves: 1) mixing dioxygen silane, epoxy silane and diluting agent, adding catalyst, reacting for first specified time and drying to obtain core-shell structure; 2) mixing the core-shell structure with epoxy resin to obtain component A; 3) mixing aminosilane with organic solvent, adding double isocyanate, reacting for second specified time and drying to obtain urea-based compound; 4) mixing the urea-based compound with polyamine to obtain second component B; 5) mixing preset amounts of component A and component B with pigment filler.
