NOVELTY - Multilayer graphene modified semi-conductive shielding material comprises 50-60 pts. wt. ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) resin, 10-20 pts. wt. polyethylene, 15-20 pts. wt. conductive carbon black, 2-5 pts. wt. multilayer graphene, 0.4-1 pts. wt. coupling agent, 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. metal deactivator, 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. high temperature resistant antioxidant, 1-2 pts. wt. high temperature resistant lubricant and 1.5-2 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, where the vinyl acetate (VA) content of the EVA resin is 24-30%, the melting index of the polyethylene is 1.8-2.2 g/10 minutes, the residual concentration of the conductive carbon black passing through the 45 mu m sieve does not exceed 40 ppm and the coupling agent containing a multifunctional silane coupling agent. USE - Used as multilayer graphene modified semi-conductive shielding material. ADVANTAGE - The shielding material: is easy to form multiple channel structures in their cross-linked molecular structure; has excellent strength and heat resistance, relatively large molecular weight and complicated molecular shape structure; improve conductivity; forms a uniform and stable molecular structure is between each resin, conductive carbon black and multilayer graphene; and enhances the electrical properties of the material, uniformity of the electric field distribution, stability of the material in high-temperature environments. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the multilayer graphene modified semi-conductive shielding material comprising adopting shielding material including (i) adding raw materials other than the cross-linking agent to the internal mixer in proportion for internal mixing, and (ii) preparing the shielding material by extruding the product obtained in the step (i) through an extruder and adding cross-linking agent in proportion during the extruding process.
