▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A layed graphene/molybdenum disulfide composite electrode material preparing method involves adding 50-200 mg of graphite oxide to 40-60 ml of deionized water, and ultrasonicating for 2-6 hours to obtain dispersed graphene oxide solution or solution A, taking monolayer molybdenum disulfide dispersion, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain a solution B, adjusting the pH values of the solutions A and B by pH meter between 2.5 and 6.5, adding the solution B to the solution A to obtain a mixed solution C, after the completion of the addition, stirring for 10-15 hours, centrifuging the mixed solution C to obtain the black solid, washing the black solid with deionized water, vacuum drying, and drying, annealing the product in an inert atmosphere in a tube furnace, and annealing at 750-850 degrees C for 1-3 hours to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing layed graphene/molybdenum disulfide composite electrode material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing layed graphene/molybdenum disulfide composite electrode material with high efficiency photoelectric conversion efficiency, and in simple and easy manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a layered graphene/molybdenum disulfide composite electrode material produced by the method.
