NOVELTY - Wear-resistant solid tire comprises 30-40 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 20-25 pts. wt. styrene-butadiene rubber, 12-18 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 10-14 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 4-8 pts. wt. graphene, 6-8 pts. wt. white carbon black, 6-8 pts. wt. carbon black, 4-8 pts. wt. glass fiber, 2-4 pts. wt. bamboo charcoal fiber, 2-5 pts. wt. carbon nanotubes, 4-6 pts. wt. antioxidant, 4-6 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, 10-12 pts. wt. filling agent, 8-10 pts. wt. stearic acid and 8-10 pts. wt. accelerant. USE - Used as wear-resistant solid tire. ADVANTAGE - The solid tire: utilizes easily available raw materials; has excellent heat resistance; does not leave long trace during braking; and solves the problem that the existing tire is affected by spikes and need to be inflated.
