▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing ionic liquid rubber type pressure-sensitive adhesive, comprises: adding rubber elastomer, tackifying resin, softening agent, anti-aging agent, solvent and ionic liquid under stirring state, where the ionic liquid is 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride or 1-butyl-3-methylimidazole bis-trifluoromethylimide salt; stirring the raw materials at room temperature for 5 hours until the raw material is completely dissolved, and uniformly mixing; coating the solution on polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film to thickness of 25 µm, and drying to obtain the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape; rolling the dried pressure-sensitive adhesive tape to the roller, and detecting the pressure sensitive adhesive distribution condition at the edge of the PET film by a distribution detecting device in the rolling process, cutting and calculating to obtain the result, and cutting the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape based on the result; and testing. USE - The method is useful for preparing ionic liquid rubber type pressure-sensitive adhesive used in single/double-sided adhesive tape, trademark label, medical supplies and electronic products. ADVANTAGE - The method solves the problem of producing ionic liquid rubber type pressure-sensitive adhesive with low initial viscosity, easy aging under the action of light and heat and easy to lose effectiveness at low temperature, and collects the image of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape coating surface through the distribution detecting device, analyzes the image of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape by the analysis system to obtain the result, and cuts the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape based on the actual distribution of the pressure-sensitive adhesive, and hence avoids the normal part being cut to cause waste. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing ionic liquid rubber type pressure-sensitive adhesive, comprises: (i) adding 100 pts. wt. rubber elastomer, 50-100 pts. wt. tackifying resin, 0-7 pts. wt. softening agent, 0-2 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, 300-400 pts. wt. solvent and 20-40 pts. wt. ionic liquid under stirring state, where the ionic liquid is 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride, 1-butyl-3-methylimidazole bis-trifluoromethylimide salt, 1-ethyl-3-methyl imidazole tetrafluoroborate, 1-butyl-3-methyl imidazole hexafluorophosphate or 1- ethyl-3-methyl imidazole trifluoromethanesulfonate; (ii) stirring the raw materials at room temperature for 5 hours until the raw material is completely dissolved, and uniformly mixing; (iii) coating the solution obtained in step (ii) on polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film to thickness of 25 µm, and drying to obtain the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape; (iv) rolling the dried pressure-sensitive adhesive tape to the roller, and detecting the pressure sensitive adhesive distribution condition at the edge of the PET film by a distribution detecting device in the rolling process, cutting and calculating to obtain the result, and cutting the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape based on the result, where the distribution detecting device (1) comprises a detection box (11), provided with a channel (12) for passing through pressure sensitive adhesive tape, the inner wall of the channel is sequentially provided with a camera (14) and a light supplementing lamp (13), the upper part of the detection box is provided with a controller (15), the signal output end of the camera is connected with the signal input end of the controller, and the controller is provided with an analysis system (3) for detecting the distribution condition of the pressure-sensitive adhesive at the edge of the PET film; and (v) testing.
