NOVELTY - Coating with high adhesion flame retardant and anti-rust performance comprises 10-20 wt.% acrylic resin, 2-8 wt.% high chlorinated polyethylene resin, 5-10 wt.% catalytic-foaming-charring agent, 1-3 wt.% dispersant, 25-45 wt.% mineral oil, 1-3 wt.% anti-settling agent, 15-25 wt.% steel slag powder, 10-15 wt.% slag powder and 1-3 wt.% graphene oxide. The acrylic resin is industrially pure. The high chlorinated polyethylene resin is industrially pure. The catalytic-foaming-charring agent is mixture of ammonium polyphosphate, melamine and pentaerythritol in mass ratio of 1:1:1-3:1:3 and raw materials are industrially pure. The dispersing agent is F-30 dispersing agent, which is industrially pure. The mineral oil is industrially pure. The anti-settling agent is F118 anti-settling agent, which is industrially pure. The graphene oxide is industrial pure. USE - Used as coating with high adhesion flame retardant and anti-rust performance. ADVANTAGE - The coating reduces the production cost of existing anti-rust paint to 30%, has improved adhesion and flame retardancy of anti-rust coating, enhances market competitiveness and application range of anti-rust coating, expands high value-added application of steel slag and tailings slag, and achieves idea of making waste and increasing efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Coating with high adhesion flame retardant and anti-rust performance comprises 10-20 wt.% acrylic resin, 2-8 wt.% high chlorinated polyethylene resin, 5-10 wt.% catalytic-foaming-charring agent, 1-3 wt.% dispersant, 25-45 wt.% mineral oil, 1-3 wt.% anti-settling agent, 15-25 wt.% steel slag powder, 10-15 wt.% slag powder and 1-3 wt.% graphene oxide. The acrylic resin is industrially pure. The high chlorinated polyethylene resin is industrially pure. The catalytic-foaming-charring agent is mixture of ammonium polyphosphate, melamine and pentaerythritol in mass ratio of 1:1:1-3:1:3 and raw materials are industrially pure. The steel slag micro-powder is hot slag powder, air quench slag powder, molten iron desulfurization slag powder, cast residual slag powder, converter hot slag powder, converter drum slag powder, electric furnace hot slag powder and/or electric furnace slag powder. The graphene oxide is industrial pure. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for coating with high adhesion flame retardant and anti-rust performance, comprising (i), mixing steel slag micro-powder, slag powder, catalytic-foaming-charring agent and graphene oxide by constant temperature magnetic stirrer at room temperature and vacuum of 0.03-0.09 MPa with stirring speed of 600-1000 rotations/minute for 4-6 hours to obtain pigment filler; (ii) mixing mineral oil with high chlorinated polyethylene resin under room temperature condition with constant temperature magnetic stirrer with stirring speed of 300-600 rotations/minute for 2-4 hours to obtain mineral oil-high chlorine polyethylene resin mixture, adding acrylic resin and dispersing agent into mineral oil-high chlorinated polyethylene resin mixture, and stirring using constant temperature magnetic stirrer at 400-800 rotations/minute for 2-4 hours, filtering with 500 meshes screen to obtain base material; and (iii) mixing pigment filler, base material and anti-settling agent at room temperature condition using thermostatic magnetic stirrer at stirring speed of 500-700 rotations/minute for 3-5 hours and filtering with 300 meshes screen.
