▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves uniformly dispersing the excess graphene nanosheets into the solvent by mechanical exfoliation, centrifuged, and the supernatant is taken, and which is the stably dispersed graphene suspension under the action of the surfactant. The graphene-doped precursor-type silver ink is transferred into the inkjet printing cartridge, the figure is set, the printing parameters are adjusted to print, and the annealing treatment is performed to obtain a conductive electrode. The average long-axis diameter of the graphene nanosheet is 3-5 ~mm, and the number of layers does not exceed 10 layers. The mass fraction of silver oxide is 85-96% in the graphene-doped silver oxide composite powder. The surfactant is ethyl cellulose, polyvinyl pyrrolidone and polyvinyl alcohol. USE - Method for preparing conductive electrode of wearable electronic device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The process is simple, cost is low and no excess impurities, and flexible high-performance conductive pattern is formed on a flexible substrate by printing. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flow chart of the method for preparing a conductive electrode. (Drawing includes non-English language text).
