▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene aerogel loaded zinc oxide nanoparticle antibacterial material, comprises (a) dissolving graphene oxide sheet and ascorbic acid with deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing prepared mixture at 25℃ for 1 hour, stirring, continuously ultrasonically dispersing for 1 hour, and repeating 3-5 times until uniformly dispersed graphene oxide mixed solution is obtained; (b) slowly adding ethylene glycol solution after dissolving zinc acetate with deionized water, dispersing under magnetic stirring at 25℃, heating in oil bath, condensing and refluxing until end of reaction, centrifuging for 30 minutes to obtain milky white colloid, drying precipitate and grinding to obtain zinc oxide nanoparticles; (c) adding zinc oxide nanoparticles into graphene oxide mixed solution, transferring to a reactor, carrying out hydrothermal reaction for 4 hours in oven at 80℃, and forming zinc oxide/graphene hydrogel; and (d) freeze-drying composite hydrogel. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene aerogel loaded zinc oxide nanoparticle antibacterial material. ADVANTAGE - The antibacterial material solves the disadvantage that the original zinc oxide is easy to agglomerate, so that can be dispersed extremely uniformly and improve antibacterial performance, has improved reaction efficiency in antibacterial due to own three-dimensional network structure and great specific surface area, and combines the electrostatic and physical cutting effects of graphene and the oxidative stress response of zinc oxide.
