NOVELTY - Subversion electric generator comprises doped graphene energy storage supercapacitor batteries, boosted switching power supply (1) doped with graphene, anode and cathode electrodes of niobium-based platinum-coated thin films of graphene, doped graphene organic shell (2), embedded software monitoring program provided with graphene (electromagnetic field strength, safety regulations and sound signals, amplitude values of voltage and current and their frequency values, and electrostatic charge) and sensor detector (3). The numerical range of the distance between all the inner wall surfaces of the described doped graphene organic shell and the entire surface of the anode and the cathode (of the niobium-based platinum-coated thin film of graphene are 0.7-9 mm.
