NOVELTY - The method for preparing three-dimensional porous/two-dimensional layered graphene, involves immersing biomass carbon source material in iron(III) nitrate nonahydrate solution, calcining, obtaining ferric oxide/complex precursor, cleaning in hydrochloric acid, adding activator to precursor of ferric oxide/complex precursor, dissolving in pure water, drying to obtain intermediate product, heating in inert gas atmosphere, washing the heat treated product with hydrochloric acid, washing with deionized water and drying to obtain final product. USE - Method for preparing three-dimensional porous/two-dimensional layered graphene for energy storage material, adsorption material and thermal material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and economical preparation of three-dimensional porous/two-dimensional layered graphene with small pore size, high surface area, large spacing and less structural defects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing three-dimensional porous/two-dimensional layered graphene, involves (1) immersing the biomass carbon source material in iron(III) nitrate nonahydrate solution, (2) calcining carbonaceous material of biomass carbon material after calcination in an inert gas atmosphere, obtaining ferric oxide/complex precursor, cleaning in hydrochloric acid, (3) adding activator to precursor of ferric oxide/complex precursor, dissolving in pure water, drying to obtain intermediate product, (4) subjecting the resulting intermediate product to heat treatment in inert gas atmosphere, (5) washing the heat treated product with hydrochloric acid, washing away the metal and its oxides, washing with deionized water and drying to obtain final product.
