NOVELTY - Preparation of power cable graphene synergistic plasticizer comprises adding 15-25 pts. wt. graphene to 70-85 pts. wt. 10-13% acid solution, soaking for 10-25 minutes, adding 5-10 pts. wt. modified coupling agent and 3-10 pts. wt. leveling agent, reacting at 50-70 degrees C for 20-24 hours, and vacuumizing to remove organic solvent and obtain modified graphene; and adding 0.5-2 pts. wt. modified graphene to 90-100 pts. wt. plasticizer, mixing, and reacting to 30-40 degrees C for 2-5 hours. USE - Method for preparation of power cable graphene synergistic plasticizer. ADVANTAGE - The power cable has flexibility and strength of 9-12% which is higher than conventional cable, reduced migration of plasticizer, effectively improved heat resistance and aging resistance, good electromagnetic shielding and flame retardant properties, and improved performance and quality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the power cable comprising adding high efficiency mixer with 70-100 pts. wt. modified polyurethane elastomer, 3-7 pts. wt. stabilizer, 7-12 pts. wt. graphene synergistic plasticizer, 2-3 pts. wt. foaming agent and 5-10 pts. wt. filler, mixing for 6-10 minutes, adding to internal mixer, mixing to 150-180 degrees C for 4-20 minutes, adding to open mill, milling at 150-160 degrees C for 8-10 minutes, heating to 140-150 degrees C for 15-16 minutes cooling, and discharging.
