NOVELTY - The device comprises a light absorbing layer arranged between a first electrode and a second electrode. The first electrode includes a first conductive grid. The second electrode includes a second conductive grid. The first electrode comprises a first conductive modification layer. The second electrode comprises a second conductive modification layer. The material of the first conductive modification layer and/or the second conductive modification layer is selected from one of transparent conductive oxide, thin metal, conductive polymer, metal nanowires, carbon nano tube graphene. The material of the conductive adhesive is a sorbitol D-doped poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene): poly(styrene sulfonate). The material of the first conductive grid and/or the second conductive grid comprises one of metal material and conductive high molecular material. USE - Solar battery device for use with an electronic device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The photoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar battery device can be improved. The performance of the device is improved by increasing the surface flatness of the first electrode.
