NOVELTY - Dyeing cotton graphene Spandex (RTM: Synthetic fiber) twill black fabric comprises e.g. pretreatment stage of fabric, coloring stage, washing and setting stage, pretreatment includes (i) choosing specification warp yarn as 40 S cotton yarn, weft yarn as 210 D/24 F graphene nylon FDY, warp density as 133 pieces/inch, weft density as 67 pieces/inch, door width 95.5 inches, twill weave, the physical indicators of the grey cloth are as follows: the strength of 636 N in warp direction and 1083 N in weft direction, elongation at break of 19.2% in warp direction and 30.4% in weft direction, blank shrinkage: warp -7.8%, weft -10.6%, (ii) singe embryonic fabric, singe on front: speed 100 m/minutes, temperature of the mouth is 800 degrees C, no singe on the back, (iii) adding soda ash, degreaser, softener to dyeing bathtub, and heating bath in dyeing bathtub to 110 plus minus 3 degrees C, thermally insulating for 30 plus minus 3 minutes, washing grey cloth in circulating water and dyeing bathtub, and cooling. USE - The method is useful for dyeing cotton graphene Spandex (RTM: Synthetic fiber) twill black fabric. ADVANTAGE - The method: clean stain on surface of interwoven fabric, removes sizing, grease and stains on surface of warp and weft in interwoven fabric, improves feel of regenerated cellulose fiber, feel, increases permeability of dyeing and uniformity of color absorption, reduces chromatic aberration, and make fiber more bulky.
